As for your setup: I am currently looking into doing a couple of things the same as you have, like the drawers and the battery setup. I currently have two 90AH AGM battery's on the right hand side of the vehicle but they are slightly to big to fit properly so I might swap them out for a single bigger unit. I like the idea of the panel in front of it. Did you make all that out of wood? I am worried about the GVW since I have quite a bunch of steel slapped on my P38 (bars, bashplates, etc.) so I would like to make my setup as and strong as possible. Would aluminium not be lighter?
The roofrack is exactly hwat I had in mind I already have two bars from Thule and I'm thinking of buying a third and see what I can fix up as a rack. The solar panel is a tempting piece of gear but since I plan on having a rooftent and perhaps some spare gear up there, there would not be a lot of free space. Also, I recon I'd be driving mostly during sunlight and when I'd need to top up the batteries, it would be dark They also weigh in at quite a bit and I am worried overhead branches can damage them so I am as of yet undecided on them.
The read table idea is absolutely fantastic! I have to look into something similar because that is the bees knees right there!
Regarding the air setup: You have an extra compressor just for your lockers. I simply tapped into the existing system for my lockers but I am always worried the compressor is not up to heavy tasks. I would like to inflate my tyres through the same system but eh. A spare compressor would go an awful long way, perhaps it could even be wired and piped in permanently so that when the main compressor dies, the other simply takes over. Food for thought on this side. More importantly, you seem to have schrader valves hooked into your system to inflate or deflate each bag independantly. I have been searching high and low for chassis mountable schrader valves with 6mm (I'd reckon that's the perfect diameter but other sizes would do) pipe connectors but I can not find them anywhere, so, where did you source yours? and what type are they?
Anyhow, love the setup, the 4" ss pipe is a tad bit too large for my taste, but it sure looks the works mate

Might be " borrowing some of those ideas " did you make up the drawers yourself or arethey an off the shelf option . I've drawn some up - which are similar , just opposite side forfridge but due to time constraints -as in I'm lazy .it might be easier to purchase .

You would certainly have plenty of capacity with two 90 amp hour batteries. The cover panel is definitely made of wood, very light and then it has been carpeted. Aluminum would definitely be lighter and is a good option for a lot of things. My roof rack including the cross bars, solar panel and the foxwing awning is only 25kg.
I can see what you mean about solar panels not filling your needs, however, we generally camp for a few days in the same spot, so the solar panel is perfect for us. They are quite durable at the moment the new solar panels, but again in your situation with the rooftop tent it would make it difficult for you.
That's correct regarding the air set up. In my previous Range Rover I used to run two compressors side by side to fill the EAS tank, this also provided air for the locker, and was used to inflate tires. In my current set up, the ARB compressor can be used to fill the EAS tank simply by opening a ball valve at the tank and switching the compressor on.
Regarding the EAS bypass, all of the airlines are 6mm. Mine is an old hard range set up, it's quite easy to make up yourself using a few T pieces and some 6 mm airline, I've just added the ball valves for my set up as I wanted to be able to isolate the springs independently. I know one for sale at the moment.

Like the solution you came up with for table Ive been tossing up different ideas muself as I camp/sleep mostly out of teh Fantom
especially 1 or 2 nighters otherwise i pack the OZ Tent too ( or if missus comes along ) which is not too much
maybe we'll see you at one of our trips at some stage would be good to talk all things P38!
