G'day guys,

The suspension in the my P38 has been on the fritz lately. A few weeks ago I replaced a leaky spring, but found after a week of driving air leaking from the airline into the spring I had replaced. I redid that, and thought all was well but now the car wont lift itself from access height to standard when I hop in.

Pump isn't running and standard height light flashing on the dashboard but won't go up. Pump will run however if prompted through the nanocom.

I've gone from the pump running constantly to not at all.

From my reading this suggests a faulty thermal switch. In the nanocom the thermal switch will fluctuate from normal to hot and when tested with the multimeter sometimes the circuit is closed and sometimes open. But the pump will have barely run throughout this whole process.

(if anyone has an alternate diagnosis at this stage I'm more than happy to hear it)

The switch is apparently an Airpax 67L120, and while I've found loads of suppliers around the world, I can't find a local stocklist. I ended up ordering some from Aliexpress, but from experience I expect this will take at least a month to arrive.

Does anyone know if I can get one locally? Perhaps there is another brand of switch? Does anyone have one on their shelf I could buy from them? Does anyone have a spare pump on their shelf in Brisbane they could graciously loan me for a few weeks so I don't have to run the pump through the nanocom all the time? Very annoying to have the car crippled for weeks for want of a $1 part.

Cheers,

Lloyd
