IMHO I think the factory tubular headers and the exhaust on the P38 is pretty decent set up and I don't think you would get much if any performance gain from an aftermarket set. You could get yourself a cat back system if you wanted more noise.
Electric Turbos are a bit of a gimmick I think and for that amount of money I'd be looking at a belt driven supercharger. I know they used to have kits for them.
Or you could just buy this engine off ebay and fit all the bits to your P38.
