It’s been a while since I had one apart but doesn’t the NRV have an O-ring seal?
Good day all,
Are there "new" replacement NRV's available for the EAS valve block? If not then has anyone had good luck with repairing cone wear? By repair I would imagine "adding" material to the cone section and then machining it to the original specs. Adding material could be in the form of TIG welding or possible some form of Epoxy that will hold up to the "centering wear" encountered over time.
Thanks for any input here.
Best, Chip

One of my non return valves fell apart, I had no luck trying to find a new valve, so I ended up getting a second hand complete valve block and using the valves from that.
It worked a treat.
You would pick up a non working valve block cheaper if you are only using it for parts.
I now have another rebuilt valve block ready to go on the shelf, so it's a quick change over if the need arises.
Hope that is of some help.
^^ I also had a spare on the shelf.
