Yes, thanks, Andy. But be aware that the Nissan Smartbar wont fit the P38. The Rangie has a straight line along the bottom of the grille and the headlights. The Nissan has a dogleg at the headlights, and the moulding of the plastic is made to suit that and wont fit the Rangie.Quote:

This has all the cutouts etc for a winch. The PO had a winch mounted on it but he kept it for his next car. The cutout for the cable fairlead is behind the number plate.
Its a good, sturdy, well made bullbar and I'm happy with it. It looks neat and doesn't dominate the car.

My HRA bullbar has a bl**dy great hole below the passenger side headlamp where Hardy was experimenting with "ramming air" to the airbox. Of course, since I take mine near water this has been removed :) although it might be a good spot to put an extra driving lamp one day.
I'm very interested in how you made the bash plate and what it is welded or bolted to, as I am keen to get one made for mine. Did you make it from scratch or adapt a plate from another vehicle?
Also, the mounting points for the winch are of interest as one of these is on my wish list. Any pics would be much appreciated so I can compare with my bar. Since my car was Hardy's prototype for his gear, I suspect that my bar may be different in some respects to the production versions.
