I'm across the pond in the US so my P38 is right hand drive . Will this affect me mounting one like you have ? Also I prefer the Sahara Bar , can I mount one of those in the same fashion ?

There didn't seem to be anything right or left hand drive specific so I would say the modification would be the same, I'm afraid I don't know if the Sahara bar has the same fixing brackets but you may be able to Google pictures of the fixings to give you an idea, I wouldn't expect it to be that hard.

Just came across your post about winch and Bullbar for P38.
I am located in Nattai so not far down to Narellan. Did you purchase the Bullbar locally in Narellan?
I got mine from the market section, was in NSW but the shipping isn't too bad if you shop around, and don't mind how long it takes to get to you.
If you can find a decent used one it's the way to go, cutting into a brand new one might be tougher
I cut into a brand new ARB bar. Two in fact; a D2 deluxe and a D2a Sahara... :p
(and yes, it was painful...)
I just hope it holds up under heavy winching (which was the main reason I fitted the bar).
