    Target practice for police required?

"Arizona police shoot driver who crashed into charity bike ride" The shot him but only winged him

Just kidding. I do not support police shooting people unless necessary. The "35-year-old white male" who deliberately tried to murder several bike riders can rot in jail

I saw two Cops near here a few months ago trying to euthanise a wallaby that was hit by a car. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing.
At least 8 shots later it was dead,i have the shell cases to prove it.And i dug a few bullets out of the dirt around the poor thing.
This was on the edge of a nature reserve, the police didnt even know i was up the track a bit with the dog, some shots were in my general direction.
i should have reported the incident but didnt bother.
