the timing pin bolt is a 3/8th 4 inch long grade 8 bolt (it will have 6 radiating lines on the head)cut to 71.4mm long
the crank locking bolt is a 40mm long 1.5xM14 grade 8 bolt (it will have 8.8 stamped on the head) ground back so that there is 26.2mm of thread and a 7.5 long by 4.7mm diameter shank centralized on the end of the threaded section of the bolt.

too easy, yes the pins are the same.
There are other means available if you dont have the access to the pins or the ability to have them made accurately.
to lock the crank you can make use of the access holes for tightening the flex plate-TC mounting bolts.

its a good idea to check the condition of the TC mounting bolts at the same time as the timing belt.
The following is for the desparates out there such as myself, who in this case had left sourcing tool parts to the last minute.
In the last few days I attacked my timing belt, first time doing this. Figured I'd make the timing tools, the 3/8th for the pump was easy, regular Champion HT bolt (which you can get at the auto shop) with the threads cut off. But, being complacent I was sure I had an M14 bolt around the workshop somewhere, but no go, not one. by now it was a public holiday and I really wanted to get the job done, nowhere to get an M14 x 1.5 bolt. My vehicle is an auto, so has the side plate on the bell housing. The big bolt on the plate is an M14 (duh of course it is you all say). Anyway, having discovered this I was happy, as all I had to do was drill a hole through the centre and tap a 10/24 thread in it (for the 3/16th inch bolt I had - but an M5 would have been OK too I guess), thread in the bolt, put a washer and a couple of nuts on it, cut to desired length, and presto a nice timing tool for locking the flywheel. It did work nicely, I followed Dave's tutorial which was invaluable to this first timer thank you.
