Thanks for the comments the roof was done with 15mm closed cell foam and marine carpet As for the condenser it was the one recommended for the evaporator and as I dumped the original I could`nt say if it was the same

Finished the hose run sometime back and have been waiting on HyChill and gauge adaptors.Had the vac pump on and held 30" overnight so dropped in 60 ml of extra oil and a charge this morning. 24c ambient .Took exactly 300 grams or one complete container HyChill-30 finished up with about 25 and 175 psi with 6.1 Deg off the evaporator .Pretty happy with that . Might have to buy some thermal underwear 1 pics of hose run inside .1 of in wheel well . 1going across to chassis where they run along topside of chassis to compressor.Have to say the HyChill web site is first rate Time will tell if I got it right

Its been 6 months since I commissioned the set up and have had some high 30 temps.
With the passenger window down the dog leaning out acting as a turning vane, blower speed on 3 I finish up with cool feet and warm head and shoulders so some mods were needed.I removed the two centre vents and made and fitted a duct to the front and refitted the vents > Now very comfortable on 1 or 2 speed but could get a bit chilly with the window up
