Haven't got the machines to do this job - specially that length. This sheet metal company did all the rolling and folding.

Peter Beauchamp, the owner of the company is a great guy - very helpful. But they are no engineers, so you have to do all your measuring and calculations yourself.

The Aluminium used is 2.5mm so 1mm thicker than standard LR panels.

Thanks for all the compliments - hope to get your vote at the next LROC Show in Penrith.....

Here is the company who did all the rolling and folding:
    Beauchamp R Pty Ltd, 10 Ethell Rd Kirrawee 2232, 02 9521 1031

However, as I said in a previous reply: They are no engineers, they just have the machines and a good hart. You have to give them all the templates or a good plan.

Can organise these stainless steel capings if you (and others) want them.

    Cheers,
    Daniel
