    The JUG

Having tried 12 and 24 volt jugs over the years finding that they were next to useless .Decided to build Turbo Jug.Built for 6 cylinders but only using 4 at the moment it will boil 2 full mugs in three and a half minutes. With the other 2 cylinders should be getting close to two minutes to 100about the same as the 110 I gestimated 7amps per plug but after the fire put the tong meter on to find
15 amps each The glow plugs are Pajero $12 to $18 for 4 so easy and cheap to replace if needed

    Good one Noel.
Those Paj plugs must be better than the ones in my 6.2 Chev. I hold the button longer than 30 seconds and they are cactus.

Don't know Keith hoping with being water cooled all will be OK. Was just a fun thing with the country being a bit wet to do any trips away yet and the only cost $12 for the plugs

Because of the stabilizer elements, it takes a considerable shock to set off this reaction; lighting the C-4 with a match will just make it burn slowly, like a piece of wood (in Vietnam, soldiers actually burned C-4 as an improvised cooking fire). Even shooting the explosive with a rifle won't trigger the reaction.
