Just wondering if the welds need to be drilled from the outside or inside? I can’t quite tell which suede of the bulkhead the blanking plate has been fitted .....

Disregard....read all the posts and worked it out .....lol....

Well started drilling out spot welds and it turn s out I don’t have a blanking plate welded in there. It’s a double skinned panel, looks like I’ll be cutting the hole out. Anyone seen this sort of thing before?
