I cant believe it has been 6 months since my last post on this thread! :o
I have been busy with work, but I have also tried to get a little bit more done on the Rangie.
I finally got the LPG conversion installed and it is running straight gas. So I can now start up the engine. I was a bit amazed to find that the engine started first go without a problem. This is a fully rebuilt engine with new liners, HC pistons, conrods, reco heads and new lifters and had never run so I was a bit worried starting it for the first time.
I had some problems initially with low oil pressure, but after a lot of mucking around found out that it was just a faulty guage. :D
I have also installed the rear lights and made up the bar and recovery point for the back and had the rear window installed.
Next step is to get it sprayed.
