Probably should have updated this, it got run on the dyno and the 225 mixer wouldn;t cut the mustard, so is now fitted with a 300A high flow, made 98KW at the bags and good strong tractive effort

Also mate bought a $90 starter of ebay, thats half the size and along with rangie bumstops it clears well, so all is well

Old mate took his Jag before I left for Tas and hasn;t called so must be happy:D

I know where a VQ 5l stato is for 2k, still being driven, I may even know someone who can arrange fitting:angel:

hey Rovercare, sorry to bring this old thread up again, but what engine mounts did you use? Did you have have to cut off the old ones and weld in new mounts?
