    Its looking awesome!!

Which size is the I/C radiator? If its a Frozenboost one I'm guessing the 24x12x1 size?

Yea, not long fitted, Drivers for the engine, passenger for the heater intake

No, I decided against the frozenboost as for another $5-600 I got a plazmaman set up, its "rated" at 800HP for a petrol, the rad is 22"+fittings x 12" x 1 1/2"

I'd forgotten it was a Plazmaman setup. Explains why I couldn't find an intercooler on the the Frozenboost site that looked like yours..doh!
Similar size radiator to the F/B one, but 50% thicker.

Any reason you wanted a snorkel for the heater intake - apart from keeping water out of it?

Theory on the second snorkel is, it won't take any air in, unless the fan is on, that way it negates the need for air flaps, also, now I've found out about heated front screens, I hopefully won't need a demister, so turn fan on, warm air comes out, turn fan off, air flow stops, nice and simple

I have a resonance with simple
Had been wondering what I should do with my original 200tdi snorkel that's now on the wrong side...maybe it shouldn't go on ebay just yet....
Would also solve the problem of draining the water that currently collects in the blower snail housing....and get rid of the big duct that comes down from the top of the guard to the blower ...and...and...

Is that red hose a rocker cover vent line to your provent?
Whats your plan for the return line back from the provent - or are you just going to run it open to atmosphere?

Yea, rocker cover to provent, just atmosphere, see what its like, can easily plumb it into the intake, provent is mounted to the side of the heater box

Quick update, its moving, not finished though so no town driving yet

3" exhaust fitted, I had the actuator for the variable vane the wrong way, so need to make another bracket and source an 18psi can

With the vane in the lower position the thing is a rocket, it has enough torque to easily pull away in second, 5.5 turns out on the fuel screw and not alot of smoke at all, I think the turbo is going to be awseome with the intercooler

EGT's are 560 pre turbo, but that's merely on the flat, so once the actuator is sorted I'll get some heavy load tuning in

Oh, take off in second, shift to 4th bypassing 3rd and away we go

and the brakes! can lock 35's on dry bitumen far better than rangie which couldn't lock, hardly even on gravel

Inlet manifold gasket leaks with boost, sump leaks

The ECU for the air suspension crapped itself but they sent me a newie overnight and now its working a treat, air suspension definately needs different valved shockies, Quadrant have told me $300 a corner for billies valved to suit and to my lenghts

    Did I mention the torque!
