Thats not a bad buy, gives you plenty of options to personalize the vehicle to your own taste.

I just bought a 98 man 300tdi with 180,000 for just over $12,000 but it doesn't need anything done to it, came with bull bar, tow bar, driving lights, up graded suspension, 120 lt fuel tank, UHF radio etc. Anything else I need I will take off the other one I have before I sell it.

pics are here and are more details of what i been up to on it

as soon as i got it a put a new header tank in as the old one was cracked in the hole on the top of it
got the tank and cap forr a $100

than chnged the oil and filter, put injector cleaner in and a new air filter

by this stage it was going so much better than the day i bought it

a few things i kept from the jeep was

    fridgemate fridge
    otima big blue top
    gme tx 3400

so i put the optima in it was a tight squeeze and had to make up a bracket to hold it in but it worked a treat

    pic here when it works

got a smart solenoid from arb and it works great, i earthed it when putting it in and it wasnt working on its own so i set up an override fora few days than took the overide off and it worked how it should

than i put my uhf in i mounted the main unit up under the steering colum and the head unit works a treat here

    pic here when it works

the gme tx3400 is great with the hed unit it makes it so easy to find a place to put it, the main unit is near the steering colum, and the head unit is great where it is

the tires took some triiming to fit but they got there

fitting the optima was a close one it only just fits in but damm its a good battery has never let me down and the isolator from arb works great to, i couldent buy holer for it so i made one up put of rhs and it is better than a bought one

may as well put up a pic of my jeep i sold as we are about to have a baby the jeep just wont work hence buying the disco, the jeep was a dream i had since i was about 12 and it took a lot for me to part with it

been thinking about a cargo barrier, and want to know peoples thoughts on one out of a different car fitting, can one be modified or used and still be safe,
how do they normally mount into the car to hold so much pressure, im going to be settin up some draws nest to the fridge, with a middle section for the space case, and a section up top for lightweight things, simillar design to waht you see outback advertising
