    Mick ;

    I don't mean to knock your work buddy , but I see some flaws in your design , your pipe work and welding looks real good.

    firstly where your vertial pivots are welded , once the tyres are put on swing aways carriers , when closed they will be blocking your vehicles lights and looking at your design the may also prutrude out the sides of the vehicles and I suspect this may be illegal ,

    secondy the other thing is if in case you get rear ended by another vehicle and the vertical pivot on LHS gets pushed forward and you need to get to your first aid kit in the back parcel area then the bent pivit will prevent you from opening the back door.

    Hey DB . Yeah will have the rest of the wheel carrier frame slip onto the uprights . Hard to explain what they will look like until i have done some more work and get some pics up ..... plans are all in the head .

    Hey Khosi , Mate you have little faith in me and Nev . Trust me the tyres will be inside the line of the tail lights . And my first aid kit is under the passenger seat . Trust me mate . All will be legal and safe when finished .

    Ok guys . I have had a rethink of my rear bar and have cut off the wheel carriers and I'm going to fit them to my trailer later on . So this is the finished product that just needs a touch of paint ........
