Well it could have been much worse. It could have inexplicably rolled onto its roof with instantaneous combustion.

Definitely Suby drivers fault.
Can be seen spinning wheels madly prior to the actual snatch, so almost certainly he's bogged himself even deeper than otherwise would have.
The Defer then lurches at the point where the Suby breaks free of the deeper bog he got himself into.
Maybe it stalled maybe not, but driver would have felt the increased strain at that point anyhow.
Suby probably still hard on the power, where he needed have been until it was too late .. too much speed .. bang!

Some folks should simply just stay home and not be a nuisance to others!
