As a foreign company in China they will never win.
When I left NSW Government about 10 years ago admittedly, a foreign company had never won a single dispute with a Chinese company, even when they had won after International Arbitration.
The Chinese courts just ignored payment orders on Chinese companies.
I don't think this has changed.
