    really thats alright. i was looking at a kinchrome one for 130 50 x 50 for the stand and bottom and 6 mm thick mounting plate with adjustable arms

    i got an engine stand today $110 1000lbs safe working limit so thats around 450 kgs i think
    fairly chunk should be up to the job

    thanks man it was a runner before i pulled it down just the brakes didnt work

    does anyone know an estimate to have the wheel cylinders and master cylinder rebuilt

    I had a master cylinder stainless steel sleeved and rebuilt for $120 (I think) recently. Wheel cylinders would be a little cheaper.

    got a bit of work done on the engine this weekend
    ill post pictures up when my internet is uncapped

    but for now, any idea what colour paint is on the engine block? like original LR colour

    i think that the colours on the block could have changed through the time of the series one i have seen a turquoise colour and a deep green on a series one
