Ohhhhh, I hadn't seen this thread, I'll have to have a good gander on the comp when I get home,, might have to start one for the 2A's me thinks ,,
I just went back over this thread and certainly the demise of the free Photobucket service has had a major impact. Here are my two 57 series 1s - both 56 builds.
The first is a complete basic 88 with lots of patina - has the usual issues brakes etc but did run when parked up.

The second is my genuine 88 Station Wagon - did run when parked but requires full restoration.

Now 86/88 station wagons are pretty rare - I know of only two others in Australia - mine, an 88 in Hornsby NSW and the Malcolm Douglas vehicle in the west. If you know of any others, particularly the 88 please let me know and ideally post up some pics.
Cheers
Garry
Ps - I will be these pics back in my old post at the start of this thread.

Here's my recent purchase. 86inch, somewhat modified by prior owners but rust-free. Gradually refurbishing it so a decent list of things to do. Looking for hood sticks to get a soft top on it, and some front seats to replace the bucket seats if anyone has some that will fit? Anyone want the bullbar?

Keith, you must have a big shed up there. Nice. PTO belt drive at back and a PTO at front. How does that work? Nice new seats.
