Yep - Land Rover Series One Club 'club shop' has them, listed in their 'Legend' magazine.

Worth the joining fee even just for the quarterly mag.

i beleave so {not in my parts books{only d lights} sits on the mounting plate and protrudes through backing plate and body panel {with 3 wires through} light body seals against it and twist locks in.....
