    The 48 have same steering wheel as Rover P3. with 3 sets of 2 spokes the latter wheels have 3 sets of 4 spokes.

    Like many others here, I am too sitting on a gold mine as "connie sue" is in much better condition than that one and so is ZD 534's 5k's up the road

    How many 80" have we reached now, in just this thread??

    I just had a look at the steering wheel on my besk top & it is not a 48 , it has 3 sets of 4 spokes . Photo's on laptop were too small .

    Yes, but was yours sold to you by a Colonel? If not, it almost valueless!

    Mine was sold to me by a retired Brigadier; therefore; I am expecting $30 000 and after receiving the cash I expect to be able to keep it.

    Regardless of how authentic it is, and clearly it is not what the vendor believes it to be, who would part with $20,000 to buy a vehicle and then be told how it is then to be restored. Dreamer.
