Thread: 11inch Rear DRUM BRAKE ASSEMBLY Required for 1955 Land Rover Series 1 107' Ute

Hi All,

Just trying to source some 11inch brake parts for my 1955 107' Series 1. Commencing a resto, have pulled off rear wheels to find one side was a 10inch brake assembly with the other side an incomplete 11in brake assembly. What I am trying to source are 11inch brake parts including backing plates, brake shoes/linings, springs and drums. Slave cylinders I will try to find aftermarket so if anyone has any suggestions on which are best or even better if anyone knows of a place I can get original slave cylinders. I am open to all suggestions regarding the slave cylinders and/or rear brake assembly.
