    Door seal rivets

    Hi

Just wondering if anyone has a solution to the rivets used to hold the door seal in. The original version need to be installed with a clamp or a hammer and stamp I presume (semi-tubular?), some people are using pop rivets but this is not ideal as they are not flush on both sides as per the originals.
    Any help really appreciated.
    Cheers

You can buy the semi-tubular rivets from an Ebay vendor (or buy direct).

Problem is you need a rivet squeezer to install the rivet. Squeezer around $200 plus you need to locate the correct anvils.
I did look into it but it was getting costly, I also considered making something but I don't have an immediate need.

Squeezer & 1 set of anvils/dies 180GBP on the above site. They also hire a squeezer out but they are in the UK.
I did find the squeezer in Australia, try an aircraft supplies company, but anvils would have to be made or imported.

    Best of luck.
