But if you're running a business and you don't bother to reply then you lose the sale, future potential sales and, through 'word of mouth', many more potential sales.
I've had people refuse to send photos of vehicles they want to sell, they want me to drive halfway across the Country to look at a vehicle which in their view is in 'OK' condition. I've stopped wasting my time, no photo then they are potentially hiding something and probably wasting my time......
Maybe I've missed out but how hard is it to send a photo ?
If I get a photo and I'm not interested I'll get back to them and explain why.
