What does a spread bore 2 litre block weigh?

Can anyone tell me approximately what the speadbore 2 litre block will weight once I remove the the Head, pistons, etc, ancillaries and the crank?

Also, is the weight of the crank enough to require lifting gear when removing, or is easy enough for one person to handle?

    Many thanks in advance,
    Jeff

    about 50kg

the crank can be man handled alone but if you're putting it in I reccomend 2 people or some light duty overhead lifting assistance as its a heavy weight moving precisely
