    Brake brackets

    G'day,
I've got a 1958 88" that I'm restoring. The brackets that hold the brake light switch and stop the pedals have been removed. Can somebody measure the brackets and their location for me.

My 88 has a switch as part of the brake lines activated by pressure
Its on the chassis rail under drivers footwell/seat box area

As Bemm notes, some Series (and I do not remember which ones) have a pressure operated brake light switch.

In my very very very small experience, the early 2A had a pressure activated switch, but the last of them it was pedal operated.

The question has been posted under the Series I section so is it a late Series I ?

If so the only thing that stops the brake pedal is hydraulic pressure in the brake system or when it hits the floor.

There is a bracket that stops how far the brake & clutch pedals come up, just a piece of angle iron and some bolts & nuts for adjustment.
There is a bracket on the chassis for the brake light switch.

Took a quick picture in a dark shed.
