Thanks whitehillbilly64 .
Unfortunately, a bit beyond restoring this one but will make an interesting piece of garden art!

Year 1951. first number in chassis no
Early 51 models can have some unique features, like free-wheel gearbox, lights through the grille grille, "cats eye" headlights, 9 screw voltage regulator etc.

It's an early 51. Just out of interest, are the axle check straps made of folded canvas, similar to old fire hose ? There are probably quite a few bits worth saving. Eg. narrow rear springs were only used on 80".

Big job on your hands there! Nothing is "beyond restoration". Get started!

I'm not sure about the axle check straps. It's on a friend's property, he is restoring another 80" so will be saving whatever is worthwhile from this one now that the body is off.
Gearbox has power take off. Axles, diffs, motor, steering box etc all salvagable. He has all good body components so was happy for me to take body off this one to be used as 'garden art' and firewood storage beside my slab hut.
My friend has a problem with position of gearbox mounts on his restored chassis - he was hoping to get dimensions from this chassis but alas, they have rusted off so not possible.
Do you, by any chance, have dimensions for positioning of 80" gearbox mounts?
Roger
