    Standard vanguard engine in S1

I’ve acquired a 1950 lights behind grill with a standard vanguard motor. It’s not In working condition although the previous owner states that it was a very neat and effective marry-up. I’ve sourced an original 1.6 that will replace the impostor, but was considering putting the standard vanguard motor into the 107.
Has anyone ever come across this engine setup in a S1 before?

Interesting choice. If you don't go ahead with that there's bound to be someone doing up a Guardsvan looking for one...
