    Rubber Grommets & Boots

    Hi there all

    Well first of all I would like to take the time to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year - and thank people for there input on the Series 1 form .

    In putting the S1 Fire Tender back to gether I have notices some of the rubber grommets are in need of replacing - can anyone tell me where I could get the following from

    1. The rubberboots/grommets for the front clearance lights.

    2. The rubber door stoppers on the front wings/guards

    I think John Craddock had repro door stoppers for the front guards

    You could try Spectrum Rubber (formerly Peter Jackson's Old Auto Rubber)in St Marys, NSW. See Spectrum Rubber automotive History

    Also try: Scotts Old Rubber in Vic.
    LAND ROVER 1948/58 SERIES 1 & 2 PETROL
    and
    Rover Cars & Rover Parts in Australia

    Scotts made up window rubbers for a friend's Super Minx convertible (now listed in their catalogue)
