Hehe I know the feeling Ian. ;)
I have a bloodbox, so I guess I can't complain too much. I am very lucky to have that much, and I know many people have spent more than my lifetime wishing they had one!

I am very impressed Ian ;) You have done a great job there mate :D
Only problem tho - you have made me want to pull my finger out and do a better job on Shorty. Between you and Justin (last Saturday) I feel that I am not doing the little car justice.
She is going to look fantastic when you have finished her :BigThumb:
The way he is going I would like to see it at Blinman next April.......Quote:
when you have finished her
But we have a wedding to attend in March - and the wedding car are series ones.....
All the best

G'day All, Very impressive:), and you like me (not a spray painter LOL) gee doesn't the weather and the paint mix play havoc with things, thats why I like Olive Drab suits me to a T, anyway mate keep at it 1st class job cheers Dennis:angel:
Hi All
The Paint is Enamel with a Urethane Enamel Additive
The Paint is Protec Acrylic Enamel
colour is Leyland Slate (Storm) Grey
They told me 4 ltrs would do the car
5 ltrs later and have not done the Doors or tub etc.
Have used more wet and dry than ever
Acrylic is the easy way, this is a learning curve.
it has kept me out of the pub for weeks.
It can bring every bug and dust bit for 100 kms.
cheers
Ian
Does that mean you will have to coat it with UV resistant polish then? Will UV cause the acrylic enamel to break down?
Looks flipping fantastic :BigThumb:
