True. Look the only reason I mentioned the darn thing is because I thought it might be of interest to someone in the area that is after a nice original series 1 shorty to restore. It looks pretty sweet compared to alot of what I have seen around.
They're becoming harder and harder to find in an "un-butchered" state so I thought I would post it up. I dont know if it is for sale. If you are keen you will find the owner and talk them into selling it because at the minute whoever owns it doesn't give a toss by the looks of things.
If anyone is interested you can PM me and I will tell you where it is. Apparently this will help to reduce the chance of the poor thing being knocked off or cannibalised.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
yep agree on the lusterless paint. i used it on my 55 Series 1. and i will use the same paint on my 80" too. I used Machine Enamel with a satin additive. ;)
