Nice looking truck. Same colour as our 107 and about the same condition. We'll have to have a S1 get together sometime and I'll bring the '88".

So almost 11 years, and two sons later, I managed to find some time over Easter for my boys and I to do some tinkering on ‘Bob’!

A new fuel pump on the 202 red and it kicked over first go. Just need to recore ( or alternatives??) the radiator and flush the rust out of the engine cooling chambers, etc.

Plate number matches chassis, so that has to be good?! 1958 109" Newie

Must have been sold through Annand & Thompson s it has a couple of their badges too.

Main focus is for it to move under its own steam, then to delve more deeply.

Anyone know anything about finding the Qld rego history and whether it was registered with the motor (I assume it would have been) and thence re-registered without engineering?

    Cheers
