I have never seen them any colour except black, the same as the radiator. The (usually missing) shroud extension next to the battery is unpainted alloy.

I'm about to put mine on.
The one I took off is satin black.
Can the LR Cognoscenti please advise if it should it be the body colour for originallity?
Thnx!

By "Shroud" I mean the panel that also has the headlights.
I've checked James Taylor's book & it seems that it's the same colour as the bodywork.
You mean the 'Radiator support panel'? The one that holds the radiator, grill and headlights, if so yes same colour as vehicle
The 'shroud' is the cover behind the radiator over the fan, between the engine

As Mrs HH says, if you mean the radiator support panel.
