		Hi Guys,

Just like to sorry for the lack of updates, I got fed up with "photobucket" not showing the pictures so haven't posted on here since July, looked at getting another picture host but didn't get round to it!

Well things have progressed, slowly, but we're moving in the right direction!

 Firewall is on.
Steering in and connected so we have steering to the wheels
Brake lines are in and connected
Clutch master and slave are in
Exhaust has been made and fitted (great job)
Started on the wiring and all looks good
Wired her up so she now turns over
Had to get another rear tub, new tail gate and two new doors as the one I had were past it!
So we are on the final push, sort of!
I don't think it will be ready for my Son's Birthday on the 26th! Think we have a few month to go!

Now that's looking real nice, I really like that colour.

Is there a reason for the bright yellow fan? Just that I noticed someone else doing his rebuild has exactly the same...

What I was wondering was if there was any reason other than "it was on it" for the military fan.

If you remember I had two engines both Military with the double pulley, I painted the fan yellow because I thought it would brighten the engine bay up! Its not going to be a rivet counter restoration, it started up as a "clean up & get going" so I've gone OTT anyway!

Really enjoyed doing this and it has brought me and my Son really close, which was why I started the project in the first place.

		Nice work !!

Can I ask about your chassis painting please, i.e. what paint did you use and how did you apply it ?

 Thanks
 John

		looks great
		Hi

The vehicle looks great, amazing progress.

Can I ask if you had to do anything to the steering wheel - mine has a crack at one of the spokes and is quiet faded. Any suggestions?

 Cheers
 Angus
