Yep, I have been hauled up a long steep hill by Erik.......would have been good to show a full length winch although until you actually being dragged by this winch it's hard to comprehend just how fast he can winch.
I thought my PTO was good....
Hi Guys,
just thought I share a video I shot of Erik Davids 1966 Series 2a build with 4DB1T conversion, Volvo c303 Portals and one of the fastest winches I have seen
Cheers
Stefan

I saw that video on YouTube the other day (I'm subscribed to the channel), I was very impressed with the build but all I could think was how much it would have cost.
It's a great truck, I really like the winch set up and the portal hubs, well I don't think anyone would turn away a set of them.
Great video.
Nathan.
Awesome truck, is he a user on this forum? would love to pick his brain about the C303 portals, i have a set i would like to make use of....
Genius. Someone, buy that man a beer.
I like that a lot!

Remembered I'd seen something similar at Cooma 2008. Only took a picture of the winch setup.
