If your DIY skills are up for it, I've seeen a lot worse than that bought back to life.
The chassis has rust it looks like somebody has stood in the middle of the roof there is several parts of corrosion meets rust and of course there's that red lump in the middle of the engine bay which I'm not a huge fan of but if I have to I have to anyway the question is to fix or not to fix or just say alas poor Yorick as I push it in a hole.
Your thoughts.

I was looking at the RH blinker lens. To my eyes it's good for another hundred thousand.
Surely it starts and runs Ok as is??
its still got half the bonnet rubbers! Its a runner.
