Correct part numbers for shocks on 1 Ton 109" military vehicle

    Hi All,

I would like to know the correct part numbers for front and rear shocks. I understand that the two fronts are the same as each other and the two rears are the same as each other.

Looking at my old rears, they are both "Armstrong 65 0 09160 0702"
And my old fronts have different markings, one is "RTC 4231 05 03" and the other "65 2141 3 45 01"

When Googling, I am seeing another part number for the front, RTC4235, and when looking for the rears , I get nothing for "Armstrong 65 0 09160 0702", but I see RTC4233 and STC3941 listed, which seem to be different to each other.

So, can any one tell me the correct and Land Rover parts numbers, and possible part number for suitable replacements from alternative suppliers.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks
    John

Remember that they would be unique to the Australian Military II/IIa because of the extended shackles so would be a 'Land Rover Australia' part number.
Overall longer than the civvie version, a good shock absorber supplier should be able to find something if you take in one of yours.

Might be better to ask the question on the REMLR forum to see whether someone has replacement part number.
