Mick,
BP sent me a formula, I'll have to see if I can find it. From memory it was a mixture of 3 different solvents just can't remember what they were.....
Found it !
40% Toluene
30% Acetone
30% Methanol

Getting close John, what are you going to do when it’s done?
Where would we be without shed walls to write on?[bighmmm]
Where I live is a former agricultural property with a huge shed for Vehicles, Horse stables, Packing etc
Scrawled on the corrugated iron walls in chalk, are details of chemical brews that were used way back then with some not so nice ingredients in most ie. 2-4-5-T for Blackberry eradication, 20oz to 100 gallons of water. etc, reminder dates when the Piston pressure pump leathers were replaced, names, bearings greased & misc other details. Other notes are becoming faded now.
Not quite a history of this place but was well on the way.
It seems one of the problems with 245T was erectile dysfunction but as they all seemed to have large families it didn't appear to bother them.
Sorry to go OT.

Cheers, Mick.
