I think as you 'piggy backed' on another thread rather than starting one of your own that may have caused the comment.
I, like most, don't always read the title of each individual post.

Put the number in here Clifton Scientific Text Services, the Netherlands and you'll find some information.

Not sure there's much other information available unless you have a rego number or someone knows the vehicle, a picture or two would help.

Sorry, I wasn't aware a post could have a title, I just went on the thread title, which wasn't by you, so I couldn't correlate the 2, and on the phone a single post doesn't have/show a title.
