T piece Part No: 234928 Does anyone have one ?

    G'day all,
I was hoping to get some help (more help) with finding a part. I'm after the t piece for the rear brake junction on a rover diff. I cannot seem to find one anywhere, I was wondering does anyone have one they are willing to part with ? I've searched Britpart and John Craddock and they don't seem to have it in stock.

    Cheers

    G'day Kim,

Unfortunately if you cannot find an original replacement which has inverted flare ports, most aftermarket replacement ports are SAE/DIN bubble flare. This means you will have to replace the pipes or flare original pipes to match the ports in aftermarket replacement. (Had this problem with my S 2A rear 3 way junction.)

Also the input port thread on the aftermarket junction is not long enough to allow the hose connection shoulder to bottom out on the copper washer. This port has to be drilled and extra threads tapped to make it work. (A tricky machining job to setup.)

    Good Luck

    Chris

Thanks a lot. I appreciate you taking the time to pass that on. Luckily I’ve found an original replacement but I’ll keep this in mind on the next build.

    Cheers
