    Just had a look at the pics of your new vehicle, a late "G" chassis 88" and I noted that it has a syncro gearbox by the almost straight gearlever and it's in wonderful condition

    Thanks everyone.

    Uncle Ho, the gearbox is a 2a (no synchro on 1st and 2nd) the gear lever has the 2 "kinks" in it. Bit hard to make out in the pics 'cause it has a piece of foam over the gear lever.
