Do u have a stuffed 2a alternator??

IVe got 2, not sure if they are genuine but they bolted up to kermit, bug 1 and 2 as well as fozzy...

Unless you are going Lucas for authenticity I wouldnt bother with them they really are rubbish and a internally regulated Bosch from a Falcon or Valiant are cheap and a much better unit.
