    Number plate info

    Does anyone know how I can find out what the original number plate was for my series 3? I am at the stage where I am about to register it and I thought this might be a good idea.

    I think Qld Transport will (for the relevant fee) do a search of thier records for nearly any info.

    Good information Paul but it doesn't work on older vehicles. Their website says you must have a 17 digit vin.
