OK did a little to the roof this week not much have had the flu..
Put a coat of bog over it the sanded & sanded..

Here you can see how thick it is . Its only a thin layer as you can see the texta mark under it threw it..

The inside after i plugged the holes with some alloy bits & sikaflex then used lightweight round the alloy bits..

Will now put a coat of lightweight over the roof to get any inperfections out fully & then it should be ready for the etch primer..I hope..:D

YES i'm over not having a garage ..If we had a garage here i'd have more landy's here.:o.Missed a good series 3 SWB at Taro a few weeks ago..

Wow! Lots of elbow grease in that lot!
I'm learning about how to work on Landies. Wired up the brake controller for the trailer and also put in the wiring for a second battery system. This was directly after practicing sand driving the weekend before. Note to self- should have given the undercarriage a good squirt before crawling under- think I could start a garden from all the sand I blinked out of my eyes.

I just brought another one a series 2a 5 door wagon..253 holden V8 with a nissan 5 speed.:twisted:

But better for the kids now they gettin bigger & would rather there own doors & windows & able to sit facing forward..

Bit more sanding tomorrow & move along with the grits & it will all be done ready to etch prime..
