I'm not sure about Defender Doors but County Doors will fit no problem. My friend fitted them to his Rover (see pic) but paid $500 per door  and they had rust in them.
Personally I'd invest in a pair of "Rocky" door tops and sort out your locks :) All my locks work with one key.

After a bit of stuffing around on the ol' girl today (the S3 not the missus) :) I'm going to stick with the original doors after all they do add to the character of these trucks, door tops are rusted badly and the bailey channel lets the drivers side window fall out every time I shut the door.
So some complete door tops will do well, as for the door locks I'll be looking at the sets with the matched keys.
I may even consider cobbling a central locking system together, no point having a mini machining workshop at home unless you use it :p
Ash.

Sounds like a good plan. If you intend on keeping the old girl (truck not wife) the Rocky Mountain door tops would be a good call. I fitted the run of the mill reproduction door tops about 5 years ago. They were primed and painted by a spray painter mate of mine but they have still rusted in the usual spots. The Rocky Mountain ones are all aluminium and let you slide both the windows. They are around $500 including the glass per pair from memory but money well spent in my opinion if you want the things to last. That is one of the jobs on my list of "to do's" at the moment.
