Refer to post #3 - seen it and heard of it many times - don't put silastic near anything in the fuel system as it loses adhesion and floats around in the tank, sucks up the fuel line, clogs pump, carburettor, etc. Too much is usually the cause and its the squeezed bit that will come loose. Can happen in the motor too with more disastrous results if overused on gaskets.
