    I attempted to put the outer cover over the Heater Box and had an alignment problem, 1/4 inch gap.
    Back to the drawing 'Trampoline'

    Much happier.
    Did the core have any packing at the ends, or did it just sits, metal to metal, on the u brackets ????

    Door seals

    Defender type Door seals came up good, once all the lips were ground off.

    Guards good at the bottom, but bonnet needs tweeking on driver side.
    Bulkhead bracket looks higher, as does the bonnet hinge.

    Wiper motor cover

    I think the wiper motor cover is a bit, to far gone.
    Anyone got one in a bit better condition, or do I have a go ????
    Cant find a pic. Will take a couple tomorrow.

    Guards blaster and etched.
    Couple of small repairs on the driver side one.
    Then over to my painter to work his wonders.

    With other projects done, and a busy few months at work,its back onto Gilbert
    RRC trade for 2004 Subaru Forester, 10 months Rego, 214,000 on the clock. ( Daughters boyfriend)
    Think he was crying, when I got the RRC, P76 motor, not him. Anyway he is now the proud owner.
    Big thanks to Nick for supplying a good, wiper motor cover, for Gilbert.
    So look out, more pics and questions coming.
