    Thanks for the replies.
Pick up some rubber today, for the doors.
Same profile as Defender. Ground off lip for original Type.
    Just Tap on.
11m was $60, she did think the wrong tag was on it. Thought, $8 to $10 per M
Wanted 10m, but who would buy 1m.

Also Added nutserts to top of windscreen.
So the soft top, shark tooth rail, is not fixed with pop rivets, and easily removed to add hard top
nutserts and borrowed tool from Aussie Fasteners, Murwillumbah.
Allen head, S/S 5mm Button screws

    Thanks Mick.
Bottom Door sills arrived from Charlie.
He has done a great job, Gal and made as original ones, so the two doors can move forward. Any hints on removal of lower Door skin ????
Dash top recovered. Very happy with the finish. Expanda foam, bread knife, belt sander.
The correct upholstery fabric, and spray on glue supplied by local Upholster.

    Windscreen and shark tooth rail

    Finished windscreen this weekend.
Glass taken out, cleaned up and resealed with clear roof and gutter silicone.
painted, wheel silver, as are the soft top bits.
Bulkhead seal, stuck to lower Gal edge of windscreen. Now if I drop the windscreen forward, I can check the top of the Bulhead, as it seems to rust, under the seal, if stuck to bulkhead. Also took off the two arms, that attach windscreen to bulkhead, cleaned up everything and resealed them back into position, fitted windscreen the final tighten.
Re Riveted the two centre strap clinches, on the shark tooth rail, and fitted, then ground off lips on vertical and horizontal soft top bits, so can fit Defender type door seal.
Seems a bit of a gap between side rail and windscreen. Maybe cut an 1 inch square of foam, to take up gap as it all is tightened.
Still to bolt up, ran out of day light.

    OK,
Had a look at Exmoor Trim hood fitting Video.
    YouTube
Top door sill, goes under shark rail !!!! At 4.00 mins.
Series 2 windscreen top if different to a S3 one.
    S2 is flat, S3 has a step.
MMMmmmmm, set up was a S2, (S3 set up, must be different) Now I have to look to try and modify, to fit.
Can take more pics, for reference, if it helps anyone.
